Are you a Commecial Collections professional in the North Dallas Area looking to further your career? Our Carrollton based client is looking for a rockstar to add to their team IMMEDIATELY.

What you can expect to do:

Collection of open accounts receivable within the area of responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals and specified metrics
Identify disputed invoices and short payments promptly and communicate to respective branches for resolution
Evaluate, recommend and communicate credit holds to branch associates and customers when necessary
Maintain account portfolio and manage to company expectations and metrics
Review credit limits in order to establish if the limits need to be changed

Skills we are seeking:

Minimum 5 years B-B collections experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
GetPaid knowledge desirable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling mass volume high monetary accounts
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a professional demeanor with co-workers and customers
Quick learner
Ability to work independently with little supervision

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
