Accounts Payable

Looking for an opportunity for growth and advancement, more pay or a better commute. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following job duties:

Purchase Orders maintenance
Verify receipt of documents daily
Matching up invoices with receiving documents
Coding all invoices with proper G/L codes
Submitting all invoices for approval
Entering invoices into system
Weekly check run
Review POs periodically to ensure proper movement in the system
Ensure all check requests and POs are properly approved
Audit Expense Reports and submit for reimbursement
Audit credit card statements and clear any POs

Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist:

3+ years of recent experience in Accounts Payable, including full cycle AP experience
Must have recent experience with a major ERP system (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
Advanced knowledge in Excel is a MUST
RPA experience highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
Team player
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Provide two work related supervisory references
Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
